Now I am not the nicest person to my diapers, I know this. But three of my PT FB came unstitched (one now has a hole at the waist) and I am wondering if I should chalk it up to me being rough on them (I dry them nearly every time in the dryer), or contact MOE in a few weeks for a fix/replacement.

WWYD?

How long have you had them? I had some come unstitched after the first washing, and MOE replaced them through the retailer that I got them from.

Ah, geez! She's probably been in them since Feb/March I think. (?) I skipped the mediums and went straight to PTs and I am pretty sure that is when she was too big for the smalls.

I think I will just bear the brunt because it is probably my fault since I dry them all the time. I just don't have time (most of the time) to allow them to line dry. :( When I can I let them line dry.

Well at least I will get to buy a little new fluff for DD. I think her PT's will see her through potty training at this point.

Drying all the time shouldn't cause the stitching problems. I've been drying my FBs for over a year with no such problems. I think MOE has a 90 day defect policy but it's worth contacting whoever you bought them from anyways. MOE's instructions say that dryer drying is fine so that shouldn't be considered rought use, IMO.
