I am a fuzzibunz mom but was wondering if anyone had any opinions as to why you would prefer any of the 3 fuzzibunz/wonderoos/happyheinys

I have never used the other two, although from experience I have a few observations.

Fuzzibunz are bad with blowouts, and require frequent changes for heavy wetters but otherwise I am very happy with them.

Wonderoos I notice can be used on most babies 8-35lbs, is that valid in your experiences?

HappyHeinys have velcro, we get a lot of velcro rashes so I don't want to get them if htat is possible. My babie so far is irritatated when wearing prowraps, bummy's. But the way bumkins are made they dont' seem to bother him.

Any advice is greatly apprecited

I didnt find I could use wonderoos anywhere close to 35lbs. Maybe 28lbs in our case. I have 2 HH's that I use mainly for travel out. we are a fitted and cover kinda family.

i used the small FB and we actually did ok with blowouts. we switched to HH for her next size up because i wanted to use velcro. DD's sitter never could figure out how to snap the FB :-) . i've been quite happy with the HH...i've got mostly solids but also 1 print. i've never used wonderoos.

I used Wonderoos a few times when Kaya was younger and decided against it because it was so bulky on Kaya (one-size diapers have never worked well on her). However, they were MUCH better at containing blowouts than FBs. FBs never worked well with her.

Of course now I've gotten rid of all PUL and am mostly a fitted plus cover (wool or fleece) family. But the pockets I do have are all fleece (apronstrings and Snap-ez). I love the snap-ez more (better fit, trimmer, better with poop), but the apronstrings are cheaper. Both are front snaps, although Rebecca (Apronstrings) will also do front velcro and side snap.

Hi Jana,

We use mostly Wonderoos. I know I'm in the minority here, but I just love them, as do several of my friends. Abby has been wearing wonderoos from 6 months thru now at 18 months (24 lbs), and she's still got room to grow. Actually, we've been using the same snap settings all along. Amazing I know, but they still fit great. I do have some FB's and snap-ez pockets, too, and over all I prefer the fit of the wonderoos. Earlier on they seemed a bit bulky, but from about 9 months and up, they've been our favorite. Haven't had more than a couple of small leg opening blowouts in a year with either wonderoos or fb.
