BRU nylon diaper pants

I've been using these for Miss P along with Bummis WP and I like the Especially for baby much better - the binding is less constricting/softer and the covers seem slightly more breathable. I went to get the next size, as we're getting too tall for the NB size and they no longer have anything but gerber CD supplies at my BRU. Has anyone else noticed whether their BRU still carries them? If you're heading to BRU this week, would you mind looking to see if they still carry them?

I know these are supposedly very similar to Dappi pants. Anyone know if the binding on Dappis is the same soft elastic as the EFB ones? I'm so bummed that I now have to order them and pay $4 shipping for a 2-pack that only costs $4! What a rip-off :(

We recently were in Colordado Springs and I was looking for the BRU diaper covers and noticed they didn't have any. I finally discovered a couple (only smalls--looking for larges) in a clearance bin, so my guess is that they're no longer selling these.

What size do you need?

The mgr at one of the BRUs around here said she thought they were discontinuing them...they had not gotten any in awhile, and they only had one size left in stock. I stocked up on some newborn ones and some larges (or was it toddler?). Anyway, I'd be happy to look for you, we may be heading there this weekend.

Also, the Dappis are pretty much the same, just more expensive and of course the shipping. I got some from granitesmith on ebay, you know the prefold lady...when I was desperate awhile ago. She mailed me a couple different sizes and I don't think her shipping was too awful.

I love these covers. They are superduper cheap, but always work! Hope you find some!

Hey Jen! If they're planning on discontinuing them, let me know if you ever plan on selling off your newborn ones so I can collect for the next baby. I'd like to try them out, since all I have in the newborn size are a couple of proraps and 3 icky small coloraps that I will probably toss.

They did discontinue them. :( I am so very sad. I went to BRU yesterday, and one of the employees said they never sell much from the CD row. hehe Anyway, there isn't even a space for them anymore, they are gone. All they had was those terrible gerber plastic pants, ugh.

I would go for the dappi if I were you. I like them just as well, the price is just a bit higher.

That's what I thought :( SHoot. Was going to get small, med and large to stock up! We're just now outgrowing the NB in rise :( So the Dappi's are the same binding? I don't like the binding elastic on my Bummis pants as much - gives red marks no matter how loose it is. Meanwhile, if anyone sees the BRU brand (especially for baby) pants (NOT wrap style!) in small, med or large, pick me up a pack in each size and I'll paypal you immediately for them!!!

I checked our BRU yesterday and found 2 packages of newborn. That's it. But, I have Bumpy, Bummi, and Prowraps in newborn and don't think I'll need 4 pull on covers. Want a package of 2, Eileen? E-mail me if you're interested.

I think it's the only one in C Springs--over near the mall. Eeks--I can't remember the name of the mall. It's the one furtherest away from the AF Academy! :) Citadel maybe?
