Do I need to keep stripping cds?

I have run a lot of rinses today. No suds have show but when i stop the washer and the water settles there are little clumps of white residue. Do i need to keep rinsing until that is gone? tia

Is it solid residue? Can you pick it up? What does it feel like? If it feels like soap, then you might want to use something like Calgon to help strip the diapers.
