so i started to make my first fitted... and i decided it should be a pocket fitted because i wanted it to be all fleece lined. and it was supposed to fit schuyler. um, no. cut it waaaaaaaaay to small. and then i realized that DUH i forgot to put in the elastic before i serged the outer hemp/stripey print and the fleece inner. so i just added the elastic and turned it right side out. and it is TINY TINY TINY. waaaaay too small for dylan. thought it might fit him when i started it months ago. but, um, not so much. so now i have this wonky wonky wonky diaper that has a very narrow crotch and kinda high rise. i figure i will put velcro in it with a cross over tab. but it may never actually fit a human being... could be cute on a doll in that case...

oh, and the velcro will make it so the insert won't go to the top, so it might be better for a girl even though it has blue, yellow and green stripes.

so now that i have described it in all it's pitiful glory, anyone want it? shipping is on me. i just hate to waste anything. seriously, it could look kinda cute on a doll if nothing else. if i EVER find my camera plug to recharge it, i could try to get a photo.

Hmm...depending on the size, Kaya's doll definitely needs a diaper. :) But Kaya was a 7 pound baby so it's possible the next baby will be around the same size (small). I could probably put it to good use, although it won't be for some time (well, I can put it on the doll right away).
