I'll be using disposable diapers, but I want to know if anyone has any suggestions for cloth diapers to use as burp cloths? Thanks!

We use Gerber Birdseye cloth diapers. They are really thin. We found the other ones were too thick to be very useful. HTH.

Depending on the situation, I either used my infant prefolds (Indian and Chinese) that I got from Teresa dot Smith at Rocketmail dot com (granitesmith on ebay, but I just e-mail her because she's so super nice and helpful) or the Gerber flatfolds. If I needed more absorbency or padding, I used the PFs, but otherwise I used the flatfolds.

There was a white Gerber one that was the same thickness all the way around (not sure of the type, but they had dark blue thread around the edges) and they were great. I found the ones that were thicker in the middle didn't fold well to put them away, and were kind of awkward to be used as burp cloths.

indian cotton prefolds are so much softer than any other. and the can actually absorb all the spit up (if you have a real spitter on your hands!) i get 'em wholesale if you want some for cheap (wholesale, i mean).
