I am getting back on the bandwagon and since I still have my stash I just need some covers for my toddler. Kelly's Closet no longer has free shipping--so who has reasonable shipping and what covers? I have just used regular pro wraps on him and am looking for something similar.

Yup, I'd highly recommend Trish at Lilbunz! The Green Earth covers are very similar to the Proraps and I think my sister even said they're cheaper.

I just bought some PUL covers from Angeldry diapers. I use proRaps often and was also looking for something similar.
Also Amy at PreciousBeginingsDiapersNThings has ProRAps and free shipping. She doesn;t have as big a selection as other stores but she is super sweet and ships fast. You can tell her Rachel Lewin from Chicago sent you.

It says that the Green Earth covers run large and he is almost 32 pounds and that would put him at the end of one range and I wanted to order up (34 to 45 lbs.) Does anyone know how large they really run?

I am interested in getting the pro raps from her but she only has mediums in stock. Do you know how often she stocks up? I will email her the second I get a chance. Thanks for the recommendations.

I would e-mail Trish and ask her. She is really helpful. Worse comes to worse, she might send you both and you can send back the one that doesn't work (she offered to do that when I was looking for swimming diapers). I'm guessing she would ask you for the waist, thigh, and rise measurements over the diaper you would use most with the cover.
