Diaper rash w/ fever, bad luck, or are is some other kind of rash that does have a fever?
DS has a bunch of white pimply bumps on his boy parts, and when I was examining them he said they tickled (itchy?). For the past couple of weeks he's been in sposies fairly often, and when I've changed him, even when the diaper was barely wet, he has been pretty damp from (I assume) sweat. The rash only showed up in his last diaper change, but last night, he had a fever that continued into today.
So my Q - should I treat the rash as usual, with ointment and air-drying time, or might this rash have to do with his fever?
