Suggestions to Prevent Poop from Coming Out of Diaper?

We've used Pampers Baby Dry since DS was born. We've never had a problem. However, yesterday, he had poop come out of his diaper and onto his back (it squeezed up from the diaper waistband! :( He got a little today too.

My question is, how do you prevent this? Do you put the diaper higher in the back or just get bigger diapers? He's wearing #3 and it fits well. The #4 are a little too big! :(

That usually means that it is time to size up. If Pampers Baby Dry are too big in a size 4, try Huggies Supreme - they run smaller than the Pampers counterparts and are good to fill the gap when baby is too big for one size and too small for the next size.

And the other thing about Huggies Supreme that might help is the stretchy back. It conforms to the back a bit better and doesn't gap as much.

And there's always cloth... :)
