I've read people's posts about using calgon in their washing routine to semi-strip their diapers. Where do you get it?

I bought mine at Walmart, in the laundry detergent isle. It's a white bottle with a rainbow looking stripe across the front.

I always get it at the grocery store. They don't carry it at my walmart or my target. In fact, most workers looked at me blankly when I asked for the calgon.
