I'm considering using cloth diapers. How easy/difficult is it to use flat cloth diapers with a wrap? I'm looking at the Kushies if that helps.

I wouldn't use Kushies, necessarily. But, using prefolds, folded flat, in a wrap is very easy. You will get poop leaks onto your wraps, so they'll need to be washed/changed more often. Otherwise, that system works well. My DH used prefolds with Bummi's wraps, no snappis, no pins, for about 4 months as a primary diaper system. Worked fine. If the Kushies flats are cheaper than prefolds, they might be a good option, otherwise prefolds are cheap and absorbant.

Yeah, we just fold our Gerber Diaper Service Quality (chinese prefolds would be nicer, but I got these at BRU cheap) dipes up in thirds and lay them in our Bummis Super Whisper Wraps, and they work great (no snappis, no pins here, either...love the Bummis!)
