At 6.5 yo dd is wet every night. Right now we are using the disposable Goodnites pants for big kids (sometimes she even wets through them). She has some lingering sensory difficulties and can not stand the feel of the disposable pants. I can not change sheets everyday.
Any cloth alternatives that can hold A LOT?
TIA!

I have never used cloth training pants, but I did recently see a large cloth trainer. I will goggle a bit and see if I can find it again. I don't know how any of them do performance wise, since it's not just about the pants fitting, but actually working and that might be tough with so much fluid.

I did find these, which come in size 4-6 and have measurements on the site.

And the same thing in sizes up to 10/12 here, and the option for fleece lined for a stay-dry feeling or not fleece lined:

I haven't used them, but your post immediately had me thinking of Ditto Daddy trainers - you can buy them here http://hyenacart.com/TheCoveredCaboose/index.php?c=29, and there's more info here http://hyenacart.com/DittoDaddy/index.php?c=0&p=58952.

Kelly's Closet has products for special needs/bedwetters.

The AIO seems like your best bet.
