Just wanted to post that my little boy finally made it into the world at 136am on march 5th. I had a failed 32 hour induction for high blood pressure and low amniotic fluid, followed by a C/S. Baby Forrest weighed in at 9lbs, 11oz, far bigger than anticipated by his doctor, and his 5'2" mama. His head is also >95th%, so no wonder it didn't descend! Recovering well, learning how to breastfeed, and workin' on the CD skills I learned about here. Thanks for all the info these last few months, and in advance for support to come!

From one mom of a big (and big-headed baby) to another (mine was 10 lbs 9 oz!), Congratulations! Glad Forrest came safely (if not quickly) into the world! Can't wait to hear more about him him and perhaps see a pic!

Tarah--congratulations onf Forrest. I'm sorry it seems that bringing him into this world wasn't the best experience (neither was mine ;)). But we are so glad to welcome him as one of our "board babies!" Just give a shout whenever you need us. We'll be here!
