Difference b/w "New Reg Baby Bjorn" vs. Standard Carrier?

Hello,

Does anybody know the difference between the "new reg baby bjorn" and the "standard carrier baby bjorn"? both retail for the same price at babies 'r us but i can't seem to find any real differences on any sites, nor on the baby bjorn site.
