Wondering if my hotsling is too small

I just got my hotsling in the mail in the size that Kristen recommended for me (small). It is beautiful! It seems like it fits pretty snugly. I don't have a baby to try in it yet - I'm 6 months pregnant.

I guess the sling is supposed to fit closely, and that it sits pretty high up on your body. Can anyone help or possibly post pics of how your sling fits, perhaps without a baby in it? DH points out that I'll have more room around my middle when I'm no longer pregnant.

It should fit quite snugly, otherwise your back will hurt terribly when you use it. You really can't judge it now while pregnant, but there are some pics posted a few threads down (by Kimberly) of a Hotsling that fits and one that is slightly big.
