I think that Mamma's Milk has silk invisibly adjustable pouches that are also reversible - they look quite beautiful too! =)

Beth, didn't you make yourself a few pouches? Maybe you could just pick up some silk and give it a go. Ebay is a great source for fabric.

I can make myself a non-adjustable one (and I have), but I would prefer to buy an adjustable one. Those are not so easy to make yourself. ;)
