Anyone make their own Mom and Me or KKFP style pouch?

Just wanted to find out if anyone has had success making a pouch like the Mom and Me or the KKFP, and what patterns you used. I am going to try making one for my sister for Christmas..

I made my own fleece pouch. It was really easy as sewing projects go. The only tricky part was getting a good fit- and I just used trial and error since I was making it for myself. For a pattern, I used my Hotsling that I already had, but that probably doesn't help you much... Good luck!

I've looked at making an adjustable fleece pouch but I haven't figured it out yet. The snaps and snap press can be pretty expensive and I haven't been able to find a good price on those yet. I just finished making a fleece pouch for myself and I am very happy with it. I used my New Native as the pattern. You can find a pattern for a fleece pouch or fleece wrap at sleepingbaby.net
