Macpac front carrier?

Has anyone used or seen the Macpac front carrier, the bambina baby carrier? I really like the Macpac range of hiking back packs and that they consider women in the design of their harnesses etc - I've used their packs in travel/treks in India, Nepal and Europe. I was thinking of getting the baby carrier instead of the baby bjorn. Does anyone know how they compare - fit and comfort for mum and dad, ease of getting baby in and out, height/weight limits, etc.
I need to buy a few things from Rodney so I can put this in with the same order.
