Best sling/carrier for preemie?

Does anyone have any suggestions for a great sling or carrier for a preemie (4.5 lbs). My close friend just delivered at 32 weeks. I have a Hotsling and love it, but I had a big baby and didn't use it until my son was able to sit on my hip.

What sling or carrier would you suggest for my friend, I'd love to get her one as a gift.

I would think almost any sling or pouch would work great. I'd personally lean toward a fleece pouch. I just ordered one from www.peekaboobabycollection.com that I'm very excited about. :-) Or Hotslings, like you mentioned. Or check out www.kangarookorner.com.

I had a preemie who came home at 4lbs 12oz. We started with the New Native Baby Carrier but once she got over about 6lbs or so it started to hurt my shoulder. I then moved to the Moby wrap which she really liked, and I found much easier since it had support over both shoulders.
