Hi,

Has anyone tried these out? Are they any good? What about framed hiking style carriers (Kelty, REI, Deuter, etc.) vs. Ergo style? Thanks!

hi,

i tried out a kelty and bought a deuter backpack. i love how it looks and it's very sturdy, but not that comfortable, even adjusting the buckles and whatnot. plus, i'm a lightweight (108 lbs.), so i always feel like dd (22 lbs.) is gonna rock us right over if she ever bounces while in it. so i tried on an ergo today and it's much more comfortable and feels a lot safer. i think i might go for it after i ask around here a bit more.
