How do I know if my hotsling fits?

I just bought a hotsling off swap and I'm not sure if it is the right size...how do I know?

If you go to the hotslings website, they have info on how to measure yourself for the correct size (they also have a new calculator thing, but it's new and not 100% accurate yet). You can also post pictures of yourself with it on with or without baby at the hotslings yahoo! group (it's public) which is here:
http://finance.groups.yahoo.com/group/hotslings/
And the ladies on there (the owner and lots of really knowledgable afficionados) will assist you in getting the proper fit.

Thanks so much! I hadn't seen the new calculator. I think I did get it too small. :(
