I have a nearly 6 month old daughter, and I've been using the KKAFP. However, it's starting to get warm here, and we both get too hot when using it now. Plus, she no longer likes the cradle carry (too much like laying down, or napping, neither of which she likes to do now that she's a "big girl"!) so all we use it for is a hip carry.
Given that I don't really want all the extra fabric of a ring sling or wrap, and I'm looking for something just to help support her on my hip, I came across the Combi Urban Baby Carrier: http://store.babycenter.com/product/gear/carriers_backpacks_slings/slings/7173
I can't seem to find any reviews about it, but I was wondering if anyone here has tried one? It certainly looks convenient and comfy, but it's so hard to tell from pictures!
