Hi all... just winding down from a nice vacation in Puerto Rico & wanted to share some babywearing "hiking" pics with you all...

Starting up Mt Britton trail in El Yunque (only rainforest in US National Parks) using a Kozy in a high back carry. Not optimal carry for steep inclines + rainforests (!!) since it put more weight on my shoulders and I couldn't get the ties in front not to look like some weird boob-tying fest, but K loved being so high up and it withstood the mile long hike.

Touching the "fountain of youth" in Rio Camuy caverns-- wore a chic papoose to navigate caverns and also to keep K worn against me when we rode the trolleys up and down from the caverns (open air, open roof with lots of nice stuff to tempt him)...

I also was able to nurse him in the pouch simply by turning my back to the tour. Super convenient and discreet.

Very cool, I felt like such a champ taking baby (not baby anymore!) to these "nature" places that he loved and a stroller couldn't attempt.
