Sling Question- Maya Ring Sling

I am having a problem with the sling loosening with my DS in it. I am consistently then re-adjusting it. I basically have to make it tighter every minute or so. I have been using the sling since my DS was little and I still use it occasionally. I am pretty sure that I have put the tail through the rings the right way pursuant to the Maya directions. Is this how it works or have I done something wrong? My DS is always been avarage in weight. Thanks for your help.

It could be just the sling. Maya's are notoriously slippy. That is why some people like them - they are easy to adjust. I think it may be due to the material they use.

That is also why I love my Zolo. When you first get a Zolo the rings are so tight it is almost difficult to adjust. But over time the loosen up a bit. I never have to worry about the rings slipping at all.
