When Joshua was younger I was a "queen of slings" :) But it's been a long time since I've carried a babe in a sling (well, I guess only a 1.5 years since I last carried Josh, but alot changes between now and then!).
I still have my:
KKAFP
Maya Wrap
Hotsling
New Native pouch
Some padded adjustable sling I cannot remember the name of...similar to an Over-the-Shoulder-Baby-Holder

I am on the waiting list to get a Mom-n-Me hemp pouch, and I am dreaming of a Zolo silk sling :) Is there anything else out there I should be aware of that's great? I just want something new for this next babe. Call me silly, but I'm tired of the old slings I used with Joshua.

Oh, I know what you need. :) You need a sling set! [http://www.theslingset.com/]

If they had come out just a few months earlier, I would have gotten one with Claire. I still really want one, but am having trouble justifing the cost. So buy one so I can live through you vicariously. :)

I also discovered the Moby wrap a little too late to take full advantage of it, but I think that would have been fun too!

Mei Tai's are new since our boys were tiny and all the rage right now, but I haven't been too thrilled with mine. Get a sling set. :)

Maybe try a wrap (moby, hug a bub, or Mom N Me hot mama wrap) or a Mei Tai of some sort (Kozy, Sachi, MT Baby to name a few).

I agree about the Moby and a Mei Tai. I already have a MT (used it with Colin not that long ago) and plans to buy a Moby for the new babe. I have a non-stretchy wrap (Girasol or something) but don't think it will do as well for a newborn as a Moby.

Hey Helene! That would be fun! I have yucky morning sickness right now (actually all day sickness...UGH)--but as soon as I'm feeling up to it (maybe in a few weeks?) I'll email you and we can get together! Thanks for the offer :)
