which sling/front carrier

I had a Baby Bjorn carrier for DS which I hated. DH and I used it about 6 times. We are TTC #2 and I would like to sling/wear DC#2 and use my single stroller for DS (who is only 18 months now). What are my options? I got my sister another brand with big locking clips and fabric that was much softer than the BB--don't remember the brand. She really likes it.

Is it better to sling or wear baby facing you with arms and legs hanging?
