Hi All,

I'm looking for a baby carrier that can be used to carry an infant on the back. I'm looking for something that's easy to use and also comfortable for me as well as the baby.

Thanks.

I would recommend a wrap for an infant. Once they're older, I really like the ERGO :)

My first back carrier was a meitai. It was very easy to learn how to use, a must because I was still practicing getting dd on my back from the hip position. It's very comfy and you can use it until your kid is 35 lbs or so. I also got a wrap later on, and after learning how to use it properly I find it's even more comfy than the meitai! However, I got a slightly stretchy wrap, which as the baby gets heavier, might make it harder to use, so I am going to get a woven wrap.

For easy to use, I'd go with a meitai first. I have an ellaroo. Check out www.ellaroo.com
