Which to get - Kozy or Mei Tai Baby?

I want to order one of these, but am not sure what the differences are. I think both are good carriers and that either will probably be fine, but would be interested to know if one is better than the other for any reason.

I don't have a kozy, but I do have a MTB and love it. I especially love the adjustable bottom part for younger babies, or facing out carry, or just plain comfort. I got mine at the babywearer FSOT board for about $50 and it has been great!
