Best place to sell a Ellaroo Mei Hip carrier?

Is there a great board/swap to sell a carrier or wrap used? I tried craigslist and didn't really get any responses... i have a black Ellaroo Mei Hip and I literally used it twice! Should i just try ebay? Any suggestions?
