I'm thinking of ordering a shopping cart cover from www.covers4kids.com website, and I wonder how well they wash. Does yours dry well and keep its shape? Does it get lumpy? Do you find that it covers enough of the cart to keep baby relatively germ-free? The covers look great to me, but I want to make sure they are durable, as I'll probably use it for many years to come. Thanks!

PS - They are compatible for restaurant high chairs, aren't they?

We haven't had to wash ours yet, but it does a great job covering almost any cart - all the parts that baby could touch or chew on. And yes, you can use them in a restaurant high chair.

Lori -

Have you washed yours yet?

Also, I'm wondering if this cover if easy to pack, transport and get onto the seat?

Thanks!

Yes, I just washed it last week after dinner at a Mexican restaurant (Colin loooooved Mexican food)! It came out beautifully, no lumps or anything. It has its own bag that is attached, so it tucks right in there (no loose pieces). Lightweight and compact to carry, and you can put it on a cart one-handed. Although after I strap Colin in, I do some quick adjustments, but the cover is substantially in place.
