I will be ordering a cart cover in the next week or two and just wonderng about the ease of use.....also how does it work on restaurant highchairs. thanks.

Do you mean covers4kids? I can easily put mine on with one hand - didn't even need to practice to do that well. Then I put Colin in the seat and strap him in, and make any final adjustments to the cover.
