tote/messenger that clips onto stroller handle?

Browsing in BRU I saw a messenger bag by "catini" that had these great straps you could sanp over a "bar" style stroller handle (I'm thinking Aria twin). The bag itself is too heavy, anyone know of other bags that have this feature?

I've never seen one IRL but looks cool and it comes in many colors to coordinate with your stroller. I wish I had one!!!
