Got my bags back from Ella!

Some of you might remember my thread a week ago about the incorrect lining color on one bag and incorrect closure on the other. Aimee didn't ask any questions, just had me send them right back to be fixed. She added the button closure to my bag and changed the lining color to pink on my mom's (it looks soooooo cute now!! I have to take a pic before Mom takes it home) - I think by making a whole new bag) - and had them shipped out the next day. I shipped the bags to her last Friday or Saturday, and received them back today. And she included a check to cover my shipping the bags back to her.

So Aimee's customer service gets rave reviews, too!!

Now to decide what to order next time...

The pink is awesome.. i liked the blue too.. but the pink definitely goes better and it matches the piping.
