Hi all,

I'm about to order my first Ella bag and have a few questions for them. The 866 # on the website is out of service - anyone have a different #? I emailed a while ago but never got a response.

I don't have any other number. I also never got responses from email - similar to other members.

However, whenever I called someone always picked up right away.

Yes , I spoke with Aimee when I ordered yesterday and she said new number will take a week before web site is updated. Their new number is 706-935-8492. There is supposed to be a co op again possibly this month if you can wait.

THANKS for the info! I may try to wait for the co-op but we've had some warmer days here in Chicagoland and I'm anxious for a spring-y bag!

Stephanie, I placed my order yesterday too (by calling the same number). I can't wait to get my bag and I'll join the next co-op so I'll have "experience" then and know just what I want/don't want.
