I too was not thrilled with my ISM. The pockets inside seemed very loose and it looked like everything would fall out. I just sent it back this morning and then I ordered a loom. I hope there won't be any problems in ISM taking back there bag....their return policy says to ship it back within 7 days of receipt....today is day 8. I couldn't decide whether or not I wanted to keep it. I sent her an e-mail, praying she won't be picky. I can't wait for my loom...I am hoping this will be the bag for me, especially after everyone says how much they love theirs. I will soon be a member of the loom club. :)
