Diaper Bag when Baby is on the Back

I'm looking for a diaper bag to be worn most likely with my ergo back carrier. It must not be too large and must be secure as I am in an area with small elevators and bag thieves. I was thinking maybe a messenger style bag to be worn on the front. Any suggestions?

It sounds like a messenger style bag (not neccessarily specifically made as a diaper bag though) might work well. I would put it on first, then put the Ergo on. Just be careful in choosing, some that have the front flaps just are open underneath. Others zip and then have the flap, others zip and have no flap at all. I have found the Ameribag Tote to be a good one with a zip top (double zippers so you can put a little clip or something to keep thieves out), pockets in and out, grey interior, etc. I have pictures on my family's site where dh happened to be wearing it.
