Best bike trailer in $100 range for infrequent biker?

Looking to get a trailer, but don't need anything fancy or serious. Hubby takes casual rides around the neighborhood now and then and would like to take Autumn. I'm thinking it will be used approximately a dozen times per summer.

Is the Safety 1st one that Baby Center sells any good? What's the best "low end" trailer out there?

Target has a bike trailer on sale this week for $64...not sure of the brand right now, but I saw it in the ad.
