(Edited to add company URL and info on picture set up fee.)

I was planning on ordering one of these purses where you can send in the picture and they transfer the photo onto a purse. I am checking to see if the would do a coop. I have posted some pictures of their purses and the link to their website. They are considering it and the discount would depend on how many bags we are interested in ordering.

Here is a description of the bag materials:
The Luxeorma line is made of high quality, durable nylon and PVC (alternative to leather). Each item is carefully finished and fully-lined

There is also a $20.00 are picture set up fee but I need to get more clarification on how that applies if you order more than one bag, use more than 1 picture, etc... I will post when I get the updates on that.

The Carmen bag is $65.00 undiscounted.

The Fifi bag is $95.00 undiscounted

The Finley bag is $150.00 undiscounted. They also have several other styles.

Here is the company's website.

Is anyone interested?

Hi Sandy,
I would definitely be interested if we could get a decent discount! Thanks for looking into this for us (and it would make a great Mother's Day present for my mom - even if was late!)

I would order two if we can get a good discount. One question - does the $20 art set-up fee apply to each bag or to each order (even if you use different photos on each bag)?

It would help to know strap lengths and how the bags close (magnet, zipper, etc) too since I don't see that info on the site.

Thanks for organizing, Sandy!!

I'm not 100% on this one (have to think about it), but I have a girlfriend who I believe would be very interested and I would point her in this direction. I'll be watching to see if it happens.

I'm not sure. I plan on talking to them tomorrow or Friday and I will clarify the question on the art set up fee.

I'd potentially be interested depending on the discount although their prices are pretty good compared to Phoebe and Harry's bags.

OMG!! Sandy! Your ds and my ds have the same middle name! Crazy, huh? I really wanted to use Thor for his first name, but dh said no way. How/why did you decide on Thor?

Actually my husband is the one who fell in love with the name Thor. He wanted to use it as his first name and I said no way. I agreed to use it as his middle name and I really like it. Somehow it fits him.
It really is a great name but it took some getting use to as there are not many asian kids running around with the name Thor.;-)

I would probably at least order one on behalf of my mom. She's been looking at these for a while.

It depends on the discount. These might be great gifts for the grandmas!

I'd buy at least one for me, and if the discount is great, two more for Ava's nanas.

Thanks for looking into this!

Another question I have is whether you can put 2 different pictures on each side? Is that $20 x 2?

These are the updates I have so far:

The art set up fee is $20 per picture, per bag. It is the fee that they charge to transfer the images onto the material.

Here are some examples on the art fee cost:
1 bag same picture both sides= $20.00 set up fee
additional bags with same picture= $20.00 additional per bag.

1 bag different pictures on each side= $40.00 Set up fee.

All bags have double snap closure except the Carmen has a zipper closure.

The Cassius, Fifi and Julia have a inside zipper compartment.

The Cassius and Fifi also have a cell phone holder.

All handles are sown on the inside of the bag so it does not affect the picture on the bag.

I should have a answer on Monday as far as the discounts we can get. They have to verify it with the owner.

If you have been looking at this type of bag these are already a pretty good price compared to the other ones that I have found. I will list some of the URLS of the other companies that I have found.

I just came across this seller who makes these.I don't have one so I can't say what quality but she does have positive feedback.Just a thought for those who like this idea since this seems like a great price and you can customise it with what you like.

LOL! That is funny!

My dh and I are both Norwegian (dh is also Swedish). I love the name Thor, and it's part of my maiden name (THorvig). Last spring when I was pg, we went to visit his grandparents. We went to an old cemetery where family was buried, and dh's great-great grandfather's name was Thor, so I thought it was meant to be! Dh settled for Thor as a middle name, so that was nice! I think it's a great name! :)

Sounds like a good time! :) I don't know many Norsk myself, but my cousin lived in Norway for a year. I don't think she's the partying type though, so she probably didn't meet many people as fun as the ones you met! :)
