Small shopping cart covers??

I have a floppy seat, which is great for grocery stores, Costco, etc...where they have full size carts. But I'm wondering if anyone knows any good product(s) for a smaller cart, like at a drug store. The floppy seat is just a bit too bulky & inconvenient in a small cart. I know One Step Ahead sells disposable covers you wrap around the handle area, but I don't really like the idea of disposables. Anyone have any suggestions?? :)
