I was at Baby Depot today and saw that they had all of their diaper bags at 20% off. Not sure how long the sale will last so you might want to call before you go.
Of course they don't have any of the high end bags, but they did have Amy Coe bags for $7.99, Avent and Kipling bags for $39.99 and a brown tote similar to the Target tote that was reviewed not long ago for $19.99. All of the prices are before the 20% discount.
ETA - Don't forget about Baby Depot's very poor return policy - no returns, exchanges only I believe within 14 days.
