Hi
I am stumped on what brand diaper bag to get. I want something that is big but not huge that i can fit alot into and have it organized so i dont have to dig for stuff. and also enough space to bring bottles that have Expressed Breastmilk in them and have them stay cool. but i want it have it fit under the stroller! is this to much to ask for. I saw a Baby Innovations Weekender bag at BRU yesterday but i am wondering if it is going to be big for under a combi Savona in the basket. i also want it to be black:)

Any Ideas

I think a lot of people would recommend the Loom Marsupial. I personally don't have one (yet) but they seem to be very popular. They are very well designed and make it easy to find everything. Her's a link if you want to look at one.

Hmmm...if the Savona basket is at all like the ultra savvy basket- this is going to be hard. My US basket is tiny. When DS was younger and the seat was at full recline it was virtually impossible to get a diaper bag in the basket. You might be better off getting a bag that hangs comfortably on your stroller.

Loom Marsupial, Fleurville alpha 7, skip hop duo would be popular choices.

I'm not sure what you use to pump- but I have a PIS traveler. If you take the pump out- it makes a nice diaper bag. I use the bottom section- where the pump was for the "diapering" area- it hold diapers, wipes, & empty plastic bags. The top area holds a cooler for EBM (or now that DS is older snacks, sippy cup, bib) and there's extra space for spit up cloth etc. There are side and back pockets for cell phone/wallet.

Since you're planning on carrying around EBM, you definitely want a bag that is waterproof and/or machine washable! I had so many blow-outs. I'd recommend buying a small lunch-sized cooler (or using one of the freebies), and keeping that separate in your stroller basket, then hanging a diaper bag from the handles.

I had a bad leaking experience at Disney World with an Avent bottle and my freebie Enfamil cooler. The Avent bottle leaked EVERYTHING out into the cooler bag, which then leaked all over my stroller basket. Fortunately, I just had the cooler in the basket so my diaper bag didn't get messed up. :)

As far as hanging a bag from the stroller, the Skip Hop is my favorite for that, and it comes in black! It keeps everything easily accessible and is very lightweight. You can also wear it as a messenger bag. The bag is a little narrow, but if you find a thin bottle cooler, it could fit in there as well. (www.kiwi-kid.com has the Skip Hop for under $50 shipped, with coupon code "swapskip")

Other Black Bags...

I have the Loom Marsupial (thanks to Mariana!:)) I've used alot recently with my 2 year old, but since my baby won't be here for another couple weeks, I have no idea about EBM and remaining cool. There is an insulated sleeve in the Loom, which I've placed my daughter's sippy cups in. They tend to stay nice and cool. Again, I don't know if it would be different with EBM. The thing I like about this bag is that not only does it fit under the stroller, I can also hang it around the handles! This way I'm not using up the space in the basket.

I've also ordered the OIOI bag shown above. I'm looking forward to use this for trips, but won't be able to give any further information until it arrives.
