Hi,
I saw someone carrying one of the LeSportsac Everyday bags as a diaper bag the other day and it seemed quite functional. So I was at the Nordstrom's Rack today (saratoga, ca), and they had some in the "Kashmir" print for $33 (reg. $65).

It has 2 main zippered compartments. Inside one of them is another zippered pocket. The bottom of one of the main compartment unzips to make that pocket bigger if needed. Outside there is a zipper that runs the length of the bag. On the other outside there are 2 zippered pockets. It also came with a cosmetic case. The bag seems very light and can be worn over the shoulder or messenger.
