There may be one in the near future. More news to come...

Just to get an idea, who would be interested?

I'm a new lurker here, but would also be interested, depending on the savings. Gina's new ones are GORGEOUS, and now I'm off to see the website and drool a bit. I'll keep my eyes peeled for a co-op coming!

I've talked with Aimee about a new co-op, and they are up for one! We will be deciding on the discount and details within the next week as Aimee will be out of the store for several days on some personal business.

I will post the official co-op dates and discounts as soon as we have the info. Until then, just pick out your styles and fabrics, let the fun begin!

For any newcomers, Ella Bags may be found at www.ella-bags.com or locally in Ringgold, GA. They are handmade and custom made to your specifications. For anyone not aware, they have a new stabilizer for their bags that is THE industry standard for major handbag companies...it's awesome. You can even machine wash the bag and still have it keep it's brand new shape. So these bags will stay up and looking great forever. Hooray!

I am intrigued by the Ultimate Diaper bag (without changing pad) so depending on the discount I would be up for it.

This is dangerous, you know that, right?!

I'm new to Ella bags, does anyone know if you can chose fabric outside of what they have listed (I'm assuming no, but thought I'd ask!)?

Do you know when new fall fabrics might be coming? I'm just thinking that if we order in the next couple weeks, it still takes 4-5 weeks to receive them which puts us into mid-to-late August.

Thanks! I'm probably interested depending on price. I'm also wondering if there will be some new fall fabrics to choose from! I'll keep an eye out for the details!

Aimee says that they would be happy to do any fabric you want!

Just contact them and tell them the style(s) you will be ordering, and they'll let you know how much fabric to order. Then, just have the fabric(s) shipped directly to them.

Hope this helps!

Some new Fall fabrics are currently available, just not on the site yet, according to Aimee. We will have these available during the co-op though, so keep your eyes open and I'll post them up here! One of these new fall fabrics includes the Nova Check (aka Burberry print).

There is also a *possibility* of an additional discount on the Spring fabrics, which they would like to clean out.

Alright..I checked out the website and love these bags...I'm looking for some input from somebody who has one...do you think that it is big enough, but not toooo big :) for things for a newborn and a 1 year old? Also, where does this bag hit? high hip, at hip, messenger style?? TIA!!

Oh...and I'm pretty sure that I would be interested in a coop!! Diaper bags and strollers, my 2 vices!! LOL!

It depends on which bag you get and how tall you are. I have an Elaine and it fits perfectly on me (I'm 5'8). I think it's probably got a 13" drop, or pretty close to that. I imagine Amy could make you a specific drop size if you needed it, though you'd have to check with her about it.

As for size - I have twins and I'm able to fit everything I need in my Elaine bag. When I transferred everything from my Elaine into my Alpha 7, I had a hard time fitting it all into the Alpha.

I carry:
2 Avent bottles
1 water bottle
small Gladwear container of snacks
3 disposable diapers size 6
disposable changing pad
travel container of wipes
cloth diaper/burp cloth
a few disposable bibs
a couple small toys (plastic keys)
wristbag for me
make-up case
cell phone

And I still have room to throw things on top of everything else, if necessary.

I've just got to ask...do you not carry a change of clothes for the boys when you go out, or did you just forget to list it on there? I still carry a clean set for my 5.5 year old, not to mention my 20 month old! :)
