Great customer service from Kim at Whimsical Wears!

Just wanted everyone to know how pleased I am with the level of cutomer servce from Kim at Whimsical Wears. I am having trouble getting some of my emails, and when it became apparent to Kim that I hadn't received her last email, she called me at home! It was nice to just shoot the breeze with her :) and she answered all my questions about design aspects of my diaper bag. I appreciated that she went the extra mile for me as a customer. Thanks Kim!

I agree too. when I was driving myself crazy trying to pick fabrics a week or so ago and sending her a thousand (well not quite) emails, she offered to call me and hold my hand through the purchase. She is so nice and we had a lovely time talking.
