Help me decide.. which one of these to get??

I have both these in my shopping cart.. i cannot decide.. anyone had experience with either of them?? I am going thru ebags for free shipping, ebates return and free return shipping. :)
I specifically want something with good organization.. i want something with a light colored interior, i want a messenger style (this is my experiment to TRY a messenger type bag).
HELP ME DECIDE BAG ADDICTS!! :)

CONTENDER 1:
Ameribag Tote Messenger Bag in RED. This seems to have a black interior but i am breaking my own rules as it looks like a nice bag.

Well, I recently got the Ameribag (in black), & I like it. I have to say though that the ebag looks interesting. If you decide to get it I'd love to hear a review & see more pics!!

The Ameribag tote has a gray interior. What you are seeing is the notebook they have in there. I have the red tote, and you are welcome to borrow it if you would like. I was going to mention it on the other board when you mentioned other bags. ;-) The Ebags tag on the second bag would bug me, lol. Too close to Ebay maybe, but it would not work for me.

I hear you on the eBags tag.. i was thinking of sticking/ironing a piggy applique on it to hide it.. grrr... why do people emblazon brand names like that.. bugs me to no end. I replied in the emails to you!! We should get together soon girlie!

I like the first one better. The second one (is that the ebag one?) has too many pockets. I know some are fine but this would get me all confused! :)

I still love this bag. Perfect size and organization for me. That second one is intriguiging but has way too many pockets and such... I'd feel pulled to fill each and every one of them! Plus I don't like the buckles on the front to get into it.

great review!!! thanks so much! I think the ameribag might be perfect for me. i ordered the eBag to check it out as well, but am going to return it and get the ameribag.. now that you guys mentioned it.. sometimes too MANY pockets can hamper rather than aid with organization... this is so true!

The Ameribag has lots of pockets too, however many have velcro attachments. I have found it actually allows you to vary the pocket size to fit things in better. I really love this bag. :-) I know the Timbuk2 bags have great mommy organization but no other organization and I hate when the sippy cups tip and leak. Yuck!!!! ;-)
