WWYD - Need to combine purse & diaper bag.

Up until now, I have been very happy carrying a purse ( backpack), and a diaper bag ( also a back pack). But now #2 is on the way, and I'm thinking it's time to take the plunge and combine.
So what would you all recommend? Is there anything that exists that is practical w/out sacrificing style?

I can't give you specifics, but one thing that has helped me is to get a small cosmetic pouch to carry my mommy necessities (compact, feminine stuff, mirror, brush, whatever) and stick that in my diaper bags/backpacks. It keeps the stuff I don't want floating around getting lost or falling out all together. I do also put my wallet/sunglasses/keys in my bag, too, but usually in an easily-accessible area.

I carry a thin bag (Coach camera style bag) inside of my WW backpack. I just keep my wallet and keys (and some makeup) in the bag, so that I can grab it and go when I don't need the diaper bag. Here is a pic of the camera bag inside of the diaper bag.
