What do you think of these two fabrics together?

I kind of think it'd be too busy together. Also, the polka dots are more "modern" and the plaid is a little more "classic" IMO. Maybe just put a solid red or black with the polka dots? Or black or beige with the plaid? I made the mistake of mixing 2 really busy fabrics on one of my bags, because I loved them both so much and they did match - but it's a little hard to look at after a while :)

Thanks! After looking at it again, I think you're right. Maybe I'll do red band, black bottom, red inside.
