Problems with Loom Marsupial's lining

I purchased a Marsupial through the co-op that Tammy organized a few months ago, and love it. I just noticed, though, that the lining on one of the outside pockets is coming apart. Has anyone else had similar problems with this bag? If so, who did you contact? I'm thinking that I will contact Loom directly, despite the fact that I bought it through diaperbags.com. What do you think?

It hasn't happened with mine, but I have only used mine a couple of times. I think I would contact both, and see who can be more helpful. Let us know what happens.

I think I would start with diaperbags.com, since that's where you got it. They may tell you to contact Loom, but then again, they might just replace it and save you the hassle.
