Skip Hop has wonderful customer service

Just an FYI- The adjustable plastic holder that holds the shoulder strap to the desired length, busted while I was wearing it. I emailed Skip Hop, and a friendly man returned my email within the hour. I emailed SH Thursday afternoon, and received my new strap on Monday. :)
