Washing your Timbuk2

What's the likelihood of the black trim fading onto a lighter body color? Anyone ever washed theirs? I'm trying to decide whether to have a white panel.

I've washed mine (ballistic fabric, not the cordura). It did just fine with no fading or bleeding when washed on a gentle cycle with very little detergent. The thing that I think you need to worry about more than anything else is wearing down the gray waterproofing that lines the interior of the bag.
